Greene, hereby petition the City of <br />Centerville for approval to transfer a construction easement to the <br />adjacent property owner (Olinger). <br /> <br />Please refer to t.he attached survey for location of the easement. <br /> <br />Steven's at one time owned adjacent property (North) next to <br />Olingers along Shad Avenue. Stevens retained this small easement <br />and was paying taxes on it along with 7133 Shad Ave. All the <br />property that Steven's owned along Shad Avenue has now been sold. <br /> <br />Mr Olinger is in agreement to accept the construction easement and <br />add it to his parcel. <br /> <br />~~I <br />~u: MUe~~ <br /> <br />.J n <br />
