The above individuals <br />would like to appear before the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />discuss their interest in locating a branch financial institution <br />within the City. They are aware of another financial institution <br />preaenting a concept plan at this same meeting. They are <br />proposing to locate in an area already zoned commercial. <br />
