<br />Pass development than it is attached to the Center Oaks <br />development and has no issue with the 80' lot widths. <br /> <br />Rick Carlson suggested turning the driveway on the Tourville <br />Property to face south onto his street and to eliminate the <br />current driveway onto Centerville Road. Discussion occurred on <br />garage sizes and the routing of storm sewer through the <br />development. <br /> <br />John Buckbee mentioned that he is comfortable with the R2A zoning <br />as long as it is consistent with the comprehensive plan. Motion <br />by John Buckbee to recommend the plat designed by Mattke and to <br />recommend R2A zoning, but as a restrictive covenant require the <br />standards for houses built in the R2 zoning, seconded by Linda <br />Broussard-Vickers. Motion carried. <br /> <br />FRUTH/FISCHER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The Fruths and Fischers were present to discuss their intentions <br />of selling a portion of their property. The parties indicated <br />that they have made their intentions clear for a number of years. <br /> <br />Mot~on was made by John Buckbee to recommend pursuing the <br />proposed amendment and forward the recommendation to the City <br />Council, seconded by Linda Broussard-Vickers. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />No quorum was present to approve the previous month's minutes. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Jim March explained the potential chiropractic office the is <br />intending to practice out of the home that is for sale next to <br />City Hall. The practice would be consistent with the <br />requirements for a home based business. Jim March also explained <br />the changes to Ordinance 45A that are to become effective in <br />regards to allowing water meter readings to be automatically <br />phoned in to City Hall via the telephone line. <br /> <br />Motion by John Buckbee, seconded by Linda Broussard-Vickers to <br />table the shoreland ordinance. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by John Buckbee, seconded by Linda Broussard-Vickers to <br />adjourn the meeting.
