<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville at City HaIl, 1880 Main Street. The said
<br />meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 2, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The
<br />purpose of the hearing will be to hear all persons present regarding the possibility of
<br />rezoning the following property:

<br />THE NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 OF SEC 24 TWP 31 RGE 22 EX THAT PRT DESC AS
<br />FOR: Com. at NW cor of (total acres 24.46) Anoka County
<br />
<br />The request is to rezone the above-mentioned property from B1 Commercial use to R2A
<br />High Density Single Family Residential use. At the said time and place, the City will give
<br />all parties present an opportunity to express their views with respect to the proposed
<br />request to rezone the stated property. Written comments will be accepted at City Hall until
<br />Tuesday, March 2, 1999, at 4:00 p.m. City HaIl is ADA accessible. Request for hearing
<br />assistance devices or a sign language interpreter must be received before February 25,
