The <br />EDC Committee would like the City Council's approval to set up guidelines and voting structure <br />for the Business Person and Citizen of the Year award. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. Brenner and seconded by Mr. Sweeney to approve the EDC Committee to <br />set up guidelines and voting structure for the Business Person and Citizen of the Year <br />Award. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported a Tri-City Police meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 1999 <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br />Mr. March touched upon the Council's informational tour on February 18 and list of major <br />documents available at City Hall. <br /> <br />A letter from Paul Palzer on the pubic works building <br />Mr. Palzer refreshed the Council that they suggested to obtain a new Public Works site, especially <br />with the growth the City is experiencing. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the February 18 tour of the City and visiting specific areas of interest. <br />Particular areas of interest are the Fire Department, Police Department and two potential Public <br />Works sites. <br /> <br />6 <br />
