<br />Dear Mayor Mary Capra, and Council members Linda, Jeff, Ben and Tom, <br /> <br />A recent article in the Citizen stated that Tom Lee was resigning his seat. Tom is a <br />neighbor of mine and I know how involved he is with the city and those will be big shoes <br />to fill. It was only a year ago when I ran for one of the two open seats and lost a very <br />close election (20 votes) to both Ben and Jeff. I received emails from a few citizens and <br />their neighbors who voted for me, suggesting that I am a good fit with the current council <br />and they encouraged me to apply for the open seat. <br /> <br />I have a family here in Centerville and have lived here for nearly 20 years. I appreciate <br />much of what has been accomplished in the city over the years such as a new water tower <br />and other updates in our infrastructure. I believe that Centerville is in a good position for <br />future growth and I would like to be a part of working towards its success. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration and I would appreciate the opportunity to serve the <br />citizens of Centerville.
