City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />September 1, 2009 <br />prepared by staff, with the amendment to require that metal roofing must meet Class <br />IV hail standards. Motion seconded by Commissioner Pangell, all voted in favor <br />except Parrucci who voted no. The motion was declared passed. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to contact Brooklyn Park and Delano to see if they identified reasons for <br />specifying the thickness of metal materials in their regulations. That information should be <br />shared with P&Z members and with the Council. <br /> <br /> <br />IV.OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />The Commission received a proposed plat of land owned by the City of Centerville and <br />Sheehy Construction. The plat provides for three lots and one outlot. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Parrucci, seconded by Commissioner Lang, to schedule a <br />public hearing to consider the proposed plat on October 6, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. All in <br />favor. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Pangell, seconded by Commissioner Lang, to adjourn the <br />Meeting at 7:30 p.m. All in favor.
