i rr QTY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> erv ide MONTHLY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> For November 10, 2009 City Council Meeting <br /> `.EStaMtSit ed 1857 <br /> Italics = New information. <br /> Normal = No change from last report. <br /> 1. 21a Avenue /Backage Road (000616 - 0514341). A draft final p /at has been prepared and can <br /> begin going through the City's subdivision process. <br /> 2. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616 - 06147.0). We received the signed final pay request from <br /> the bonding company. However, they have not provided all IC -134s or Lien Waivers and have stated <br /> that he will not be able to produce them. The City Attorney is reviewing the situation. <br /> 3. CSAM 14 Construction Services (000616- 07159 -0). The City's public works staff has been <br /> handling the remaining project inspection work with the exception of issues related to the electrical <br /> system for the lighting. On a limited basis, we have been assisting City personnel as needed at our <br /> normal hourly rates. <br /> 4. TE Grant Trail Project (000616 08165 - 0). The final steps in property acquisition have begun. <br /> Once all property is acquired, We will forward the plans on for agency review. Once reviewed, we will <br /> make the noted revisions. With all easements acquired and plans approved, we will be ready to bid the <br /> work for spring 2010 construction should the council desire to move forward. <br /> 5. 2008 Downtown Storm Water Improvements (000616 08167 - 0). On November 3'", we <br /> attended the Anoka County Parks Board meeting and were given their endorsement of the project. <br /> County staff will be drafting a joint powers agreement for our review, outlining the maintenance <br /> responsibilities and other details of proposed project. The County Board will act on this agreement at <br /> their December 15 meeting. <br /> 6. 2009 Pond Dredging (000616- 09168 -0). The project will remain on hold until this winter. <br /> 7. Peltier Lake Drive Area Street & Utility Improvements (2009.01) (000616- 09169 -0), 2009 <br /> Street Improvements (2009.02) (000616- 09170 -0). The only remaining work on the Peltier <br /> Lake Drive project is the sodding, which should be done within a few days of the time of this report. <br /> Punch List items and wear course paving will be completed in 2010. <br /> For the 2009 Street Project, the wear course was sawed and sealed on Monday, November 2' marking <br /> the substantial completion of the project. Minor punch list items are being completed and should be <br /> finished up some time next week. <br /> - End of memo — <br />
