Love <br /> Staff: Absent — Minutes were taken by Committee Member Peterson. <br /> Also in attendance were Mr. Mark Spitzmueller, Bald Eagle Water Ski Club and Mr. Matthew <br /> Neutkens, Eagle Project. <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> Mr. Matt Neutkens — Bird Houses for Eagle Scout Project <br /> 1. Mr. Matt Neutkens reports he is planning 20 bird houses in the parks - 2 in Hidden <br /> Spring Park, 18 in Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park. <br /> 2. He has had the utilities checked. <br /> 3. The holes are pounded in the ground in preparation of installation. <br /> 4. Mr. Neutkens plans to build the houses this winter. <br /> 5. Committee Member Amundsen asked about the drainage in Hidden Spring Park and <br /> if the houses would interfere. Mr. Neutkens said that Mr. Tedd Peterson, Public <br /> Works, didn't mention it as an issue. <br /> 6. Mr. Neutkens approached the troop with the idea of cleaning the houses annually. <br /> They have expressed interest, but the details are to be worked out. <br /> 7. Mr. Neutkens approached Menards for donation and was declined; he is looking at <br /> other possible donors, but has the funds to buy lumber without donations. <br /> Mr. Mark Spitzmueller — Bald Eagle Water Ski Club <br /> 1. Mr. Spitzmueller didn't get a chance to measure the depth at the location. <br /> 1 of4 <br />
