<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />April 7, 2009 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on April 7, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> Vice Chair Thomas Wood <br />Commissioner Jesse Lange <br /> Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Jim Wekseth <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> Chair D. Love <br /> Commissioner Roland Parucci <br /> Commissioner Mark Pangell <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Chair Wood called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />1.Lake Area Utilities, Inc., Preliminary Plat/lot Split, 6995 – 20 Avenue South, 1.73 <br />Acres and 2.99 Acres <br /> <br />Mr. Will Lessard, Lake Area Utilities, appeared to give a brief overview of his plans for <br />the plat/lot split. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that this was discussed at the last Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting. He added that this is currently Outlot A within an earlier plat of <br />Center Villa. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard stated that, because of the location of the trail, he thought it would be a good <br />time to define the property and make it 2 lots. He stated that it meets all the City <br />requirements for B1 zoning. There are approximately 5 acres total, with approximately 3 <br />acres in the south parcel. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />
