PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />1.Lake Area Utilities, Inc., Preliminary Plat/lot Split, 6995 – 20 Avenue South, 1.73 <br />Acres and 2.99 Acres <br /> <br />Mr. Will Lessard, Lake Area Utilities, appeared to give a brief overview of his plans for <br />the plat/lot split. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that this was discussed at the last Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting. He added that this is currently Outlot A within an earlier plat of <br />Center Villa. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard stated that, because of the location of the trail, he thought it would be a good <br />time to define the property and make it 2 lots. He stated that it meets all the City <br />requirements for B1 zoning. There are approximately 5 acres total, with approximately 3 <br />acres in the south parcel. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />
