<br />City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />May 5, 2009 <br />Administrator Larson reported that the Metropolitan Council Community Development <br />Committee recently approved the City Comprehensive Plan. The plan should be submitted <br />to the full Met Council soon for approval. It will then be sent back to the city with a list if <br />required changes. The city will make the changes, hold a public hearing and finally adopt <br />the plan. <br /> <br />VI. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.April 7, 2009, Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Mosher, to approve the <br /> <br />April 7, 2009 Meeting Minutes, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />VII.
