CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> November 23, 2009 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br /> meeting on November 23, 2009, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> ABSENT: None. <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Capra called the November 23, 2009, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. Delinquent Sewer and Water Accounts <br /> City Administrator Larson reviewed background information on the Delinquent Sewer <br /> and Water Accounts. <br /> Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> Mayor Capra stated she would leave the Public Hearing open for a short period in the <br /> event that any residents appeared to speak. <br /> There being no speakers Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br /> closing the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br /> 1 <br />
