STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES. #09 -0 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET AND TAX LEVIES FOR 2010. <br /> WHEREAS, with the guidance of the Council a proposed budget has been prepared by <br /> staff for the year 2010, and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the City Council has considered input <br /> from the public related to such budget and the resulting tax levies. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br /> County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, that the attached budget for 2010 is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following sums of money be levied for the <br /> current year, collectable in 2010 upon the taxable property in the City of Centerville for <br /> the following purposes: <br /> General Fund Revenue $ 1,761,561 <br /> DEBT Service: • <br /> 2004B Improvement Bonds $ 123,000 <br /> 2005A Building Bonds $ 77,600 <br /> 2006 Improvement (2009B Improvement <br /> Crossover Refunding Bonds) $ -0- <br /> 2007A Improvement Bonds $ 178,500 <br /> 2009A Improvement Bonds $ 125,000 <br /> Total Debt Service Levies $ 504,100 <br /> Total All Levies $ 2.265,661 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a <br /> certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> Adopted by the City Council on the day of December, 2009. <br /> Mary Capra, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br /> 26 <br />
