STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Res. #09 -02 4b <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLOSING CERTAIN FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, a certain debt service funds were established to account for revenue and <br /> expenses related to their respective improvement projects, and <br /> WHEREAS, assessments have been paid and outstanding bonds have been redeemed, <br /> and such funds are no longer needed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> The Council hereby authorizes closing of the following debt service funds with <br /> the balances to be transferred to the General Fund. <br /> 1) Fund 308 - (21st Ave Improvements) $47,701.17 <br /> 2) Fund 324 - (Parkview Developments) $7,462.29 <br /> 3) Fund 345 - (Peltier Preserve) $17,771.62 <br /> Adopted by the City Council this r of December, 2009. <br /> <br /> Mary Cap or <br /> t Attest: <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
