It has come to our attention that you have <br /> seeded the lawn on your property. This is against City Ordinance <br /> and the City inadvertently returned your sod escrow. <br /> By order of the City Council, the City is going to require that <br /> you sod your property as specified by City Ordinance. The <br /> seeding situation on your property has set an unwanted precedence <br /> that has been noticed by several new homeowners that wish to seed <br /> their properties as well. <br /> If you cannot arrange to have your lawn sodded within 30 days <br /> from date of this letter, the City will contract for this service <br /> and the appropriate fees including interest will be assessed to <br /> your property. <br /> We apologize for the inconvenience and the mistake that was made <br /> in this situation. The City is willing to reimburse you for the <br /> cost of grass seed that you used in seeding your lawn in an <br /> amount not to exceed fifty dollars.
