I propose this event to be held during Fete de laks ( ?) To minimize community <br /> disruption, and compliment the cities celebration. There will be major News coverage, and present <br /> Centerville in a positive role in helping our neighbors. I have spoken with Jim for a preliminary <br /> outlook, and if it might be possible. I submit the following outline for your information and <br /> comment. <br /> Day: Saturday <br /> Music format: Rock <br /> Tickets: 3000 <br /> Times: 11:OOam- 9:OOpm <br /> Parking: Same as Summer Jam <br /> Security: Same as Summer Jam <br /> Most everything could be compared to Summer Jam, other than quantity of people.
