Minutes of pblic hearing showing testimony and <br /> findings. <br /> 4. City Council review final plat (and zoning if <br /> appropriate). <br /> 5. Resolution ordering improvement and preparation of <br /> plans. <br /> a. Resolution approving plans and ordering <br /> advertisement for bids. <br /> b. Affidavit of publication of advertisement for bids. <br /> c. Preparation of contract proposal. <br />
