An ordinance like the one attached is a recommendation of the Water Supply <br /> Plan for the City of Centerville. The Plan also references the establishment of an <br /> Emergency Event Evaluation Team that would be responsible for implementing a sprinkler <br /> ban during periods of hot, dry weather when water usage typically increases. <br /> CIVIL ENGINEERING: <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL Watering lawns and gardens is completely banned between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and <br /> MUNICIPAL 6:00 p.m. Permitted uses are limited to a typical method of allowed usage using odd/even <br /> WNINO pro e <br /> , da s On odd days. <br /> SOLID WASTE Y p riy owners with odd numbered addresses would be allowed to <br /> water lawns and gardens and on even days, property owners with even numbered addresses <br /> STRUCTURAL would be allowed to water lawns and gardens. But the watering must only occur during <br /> SURVEYING the non - banned time eriod between 6:00 m. and 10:00 a.m. Property <br /> TRAFFIC P P• p rty owners with new <br /> TRANSPORTATU>N sod would be allowed to water more frequently to allow the sod to establish a root system <br /> for a period of two weeks.
