This layout was provided to us by <br /> the Park and Recreation Committee. <br /> We would be pleased to provide topographic surveying services to the City of Centerville <br /> for this project. We know the City is concerned about keeping costs for the project low. <br /> CIVIL ;NG'NEEi NG' <br /> Therefore, we are committed to providing these services at the lowest possible cost. We <br /> eaviecrvn,eraAL propose to use 1 -inch contours provided to us by Mark Hurd Aerial Photography. This area <br /> PAL was flown in 1993. For an area the size of this parcel, this will be the most cost- effective <br /> PL‘N%'NC; <br /> way to generate topography on the site. The topographic data could then be verified when <br /> r: c *uaAL we have survey crews in the City doing staking for construction work, thus saving <br /> crwG mobilization costs. <br /> scar r N We propose to complete the topographic survey for the park property at a not -to- exceed <br /> cost of $2,280.
