CONSENT AGENDA MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 26, 1997 <br /> TO: City Council of City of Centerville <br /> FROM: Ry -Chel Gaustad, City Clerk <br /> RE: LaMotte Property - Lot Split <br /> The LaMotte Park Property was sold to the City on December 20, 1996. Two small <br /> pieces of the parcel were not transferred. LaMottes are in the process of selling 40.2' to <br /> the Woiaks at 6925 Centerville Road. Second is the Barrot's at 6953 Centerville Road, <br /> the parcel is 8' x 3' addition to be adjusted to the fence line. <br /> LaMottes approached the City Council during the March 27, 1996 council meeting for a <br /> lot split approval. At which time the motion was as follows: <br /> MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Buckbee to have Tom Wilharber work <br /> with the LaMottes and staff to work on the details for the surveys. Woiaks to <br /> purchase the property from the LaMottes. And adjust the property line at <br /> 6953 Centerville Road to the fence line. Motion carried Unanimously. <br /> LaMottes Attorney, Steve Butts requested the City Council approve the lot split. <br /> Greg Hellings suggested the City Council approve the lot split as everything is okay with <br /> him. <br />
