Pay Estimate No. 10 - Acorn Creek Project <br /> Summary: The pay estimate includes just over 1 ton of rip -rap that was not <br /> previously paid, along with several density test for the project. <br /> CIVIL ENGINEERING. 2. Letter - Peltier Lake Drive watermain extension costs <br /> VIRONMENTAL <br /> JNICPAL Summary: At the January 22nd Council meeting, we were asked to prepare <br /> PLANNING preliminary cost estimates for a watermain creek crossing and <br /> SOLID WASTE extending watermain along Peltier Lake Drive. The Peltier Lake <br /> STRUCTURAL Drive watermain extension option includes the costs associated <br /> SURVEYING with a minimal amount of street work. The street restoration <br /> TRAFFIC work would be the minimum amount necessary to install the <br /> TRANSPORTATION watermain. As the costs show, there is a significant deficit for <br /> funding the project. Mr. Mike Black, from Royal Oaks Realty, <br /> E ECTR :CAUMECHANICAI will be present at the Council meeting to discuss Lakeland Hills. <br /> ENGwEERwG: The City Council should also discuss the proposed credit that <br /> F ✓AC <br /> WSR ,,,, ,oN Royal Oaks Realty would pay the City should the City initiate a <br /> DA project of extending watermain along Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> SCA <br /> SYSTEM CONTROLS <br /> 3. Letter - Plan and Plat review comments - Lakeland Hills <br /> Summary: The comments in the letter were discussed at the February 4th <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The developer is <br /> currently working through several wetland permitting issues. <br /> Most of the comments are minor items that can be fixed prior to <br /> final plat approval.
