Develop a model for implementation of the goals established by the City Council. <br /> OPTION - Conduct team building session with the City Council and City Administrator <br /> Ask the Council and Administrator to complete personality and behavioral survey (the <br /> Performax Personality Profile will be used). Thz consultant will complete individual results on <br /> each participant and provide a summary of the group's responses which will be shared at a later <br /> team building session. <br /> Conduct a team building session with the City Council and City Adrninistratuu designed to <br /> assess individual differences among participants.
