r I
The undersigned request that Peltier Lake Drive be terminated at roughly address 1689 Peltier
Lake Drive. Currently at this point, Peltier Lake Drive has 2 sharp 90 degree turns and continues
through to Mill Road. If the road is going to be rebuilt, this change could be implemented and
save the cost of some roadway.
The advantage of a terminating Peltier Lake Drive is that traffic would be reduced, extending the
life of the road and providing a more desirable residential setting. The two houses on the corners
would gain more yard space. A sidewalk could provide continuity for foot and bicycle traffic.
Fire and police would have to be aware of the change. However, if necessary, an ermergency
vehicle could jump the curb if it were absolutely necessary to pass through. Cul -de -sacs and
deadend roads are already common in Centerville and fire and police have to be aware proper
routes anyway. Most newly designed residential areas all over the state include deadends and
cul -de -sacs because they are more desirable than a checkerboard grid of through streets.
Ex.;si P posed.
u
EI;wi;nte f4h S ;dewalk
Fel he" Lcjcept ;ve.
1 1
SIGNATURE PRINTED NAME ADDRESS
/. ,t, L /• — th Le [f G 6 ?7 Peg L-k ) & /
MS._a W (-C( J
IA(G Pe
&&Kev 1701 14) Fr LC OA' ki
J- .i f 2. // t /
5 6 Pa tt ben (lit /.e'"e 2 7
SA i ce,' ' k 426 z ei /y beni /6 e,7 f /ier L/C hr.
0 A _e,(01•.(eve / 4q' «Re 4;ev-L ke.Dr -.
1t'1 > p
9 - A l , ; . ` , / %Ohl / 4 /NI 'JN £ ZTCWzC /637 /& LrjfR L44 ' DJP2//f
v 1 / r,1,t g Z/ N e ii. 1100121ek/62i'iLria lAxdki de
to // 44 ,. : 0. - ' 0 e ;Pr ' eI -. '
II / / ,
` _9A 1. at _'14 I . , 1 .
