Also included as items associated with the Private Improvements, the Developer shall <br /> undertake or arrange to accomplish the following: <br /> a. Site Development Issues. <br /> 1) Coordinate with the utility companies to provide for gas main, telephone <br /> lines, cable lines, and power lines to service the properties developed on <br /> the final plat according to the City's joint trench policy. <br /> 2) Provide seeding and vegetation maintenance and control over denuded or <br /> graded areas and mitigation area, at the City's direction. <br /> 3) Provide street name signs and stop signs. <br /> 4) Establish lot corner monumentation within 60 days of grading completion <br /> or by September 1, 1997, after filing the final plat, whichever is sooner. <br /> 5) Provide such street maintenance and control of builder's actions to maintain <br /> roadways clear of mud, soil, and debris to provide safe driving surfaces. <br /> 2601083- 1904.feb Page 2 <br />
