The <br /> water usage in 1998 was approximately 51,500,000 gallons. <br /> * The realtor that had listed the House of Chu for sale called City Hall and indicated that she and <br /> her husband will be purchasing the property. They intend to lease the building and the house. <br /> * We have ieceived the lease payinents for 1999 from both companies that have antennas on the <br /> watertower. <br /> * The second meeting of all individuals interested in the design team ideas is scheduled for <br /> January 12, 1999 at City Hall. <br /> * Steve Marcello (owner of Excel Air Systems in Maplewood, Centerville resident) called on <br /> Thursday and indicated that it looked like he would be unable to expand his operations in <br /> Maplewood due to lot size constraints. Mr. Marcello indicated that he would like to further <br /> pursue the Centerville Industrial Park. Mr. Marcella has contacted Marcel Ebensteiner who just <br /> purchased fifteen acres of vacant Industrial property. Mr. Marcello is interested in constructing a <br /> 10,000 to 12,000 square foot building. Mr. Marcello currently employs approximately 20 <br /> employees in commercial hvac installation and ductwork fabrication. 1 was in contact with Keith <br /> Ebensteiner today who confirmed that they were working with Mr. Marcella and are planning to <br /> bring in a plan for developing the property. Royal Oaks Realty also plans t� build in the Industrial <br /> Park. <br /> * Thank you to the volunteers who worked the first Community Skate Night (Theresa Brenner, <br /> g ( , <br /> Jill Lien and Aimee Fairbrother). This weeks skate night is canceled due to the expected sub -zero <br /> temperatures. The park and recreation committee set a policy that the warming house is to be <br /> closed when the temperature exceeds -10 degrees or the wind chill exceeds - 35degrees. <br /> * Go Vikes! <br />
