EXHIBIT E <br /> PLUMBING AND HEATING PERMITS <br /> 1. Plumbing Permits <br /> A. The charge shall be Five Dollars ($5.00) for each plumbing fixture, <br /> device or connection to the sewer or plumbing system, with a <br /> minimum charge of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) <br /> B. For any alteration, repair or extension to an existing plumbing system, <br /> where the work is of such a nature that the permit fee charge cannot <br /> be determined from the above schedule, the permit fee shall be Thirty <br /> Dollars ($30.00) first Five - hundred ($500.00) or fraction thereof, <br /> plus Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for each additional Five - hundred <br /> Dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof of the total market value of such <br /> alteration, repair or extension. <br /> 2.
