Teresa Bender - Teresa Bender was requested to appear at the next regular Council meeting to discuss the various reports that can be generated with the Banyon software system. Teresa is meeting with Mari Nelson at 9:00 on Monday morning to give her a first hand look at the software capabilities. Mari and Teresa will be providing a verbal report to Council. Teresa feels she will be able to print out some various report formats that the Council can review at the meeting and select the one that seems most appealing for future reporting needs. 2. Randy Hagerty - Randy Hagerty will be in attendance to present his 1999 Proposed Score Funding Budget. The Score Funds are passed from the State through Anoka County to the Cities. The budget amount has held relatively constant from year to year. Randy's proposed budget is enclosed in your packet. The funds can only be used for the promotion of recycling. 3. Dave Nyberg, HR Green - Mr. Nyberg will be present to discuss the proposed work to reduce the floodway in the Clearwater Creek corridor on 20th Avenue between the proposed kindergarten center on the north and the Lake Area Utility Building on the south. Any information received from HR Green before noon on Friday will be included in your packet.
