1 <br /> Dave Ahrens indicated that on Monday night the City Council would be voting to approve the <br /> preliminary plat for this development in Lino Lakes that is owned by. Gerald Rehbein. He felt <br /> that there was a very good chance that this would be approved and that the project would <br /> continue to move forward. <br /> We indicated that it would be good to have a meeting with Met Council, after the first of the <br /> year when their report is completed on the sanitary sewer and forcemain issue. At this <br /> meeting both Lino Lakes and Centerville could express their desire for the gravity line along <br /> Main Street to be deepened to possibly serve both Lino Lakes interests and their commercial <br /> development along Main Street and also a future extension for Centerville along 20th Avenue. <br /> The meeting adjourned about 9:30 a.m. <br /> Page 3 0Aproi\26OO85\085- 1t09.dec.mm <br />
