This charge pays for the <br /> costs associated with water systems such as elevated storage, <br /> water treatment facilities, and maintenance. <br /> Sewer Availability Charge (SAC): <br /> Sewer availability charges are the costs to connect to and <br /> become a part of the Centerville sewer system. This charge pays <br /> for the costs associated with the sewer system, such as lift station <br /> rehabilitation, sewer cleaning, and maintenance. <br /> Property Owner Costs <br /> The individual property owner will be responsible for the <br /> connection between the property line and the individual building. <br /> Because of the many different configurations, this cost varies <br /> considerably, and is difficult to estimate.
