B4 Setback According to Table B- Schedule of District Regulations Lot and Yard <br /> Requirements the placing of our building will follow these guidelines, please <br /> see site survey provided. <br /> B -5 Buiidinp Height In Industrial Districts Our two story building with hip roof <br /> will equal approximately 28 feet in height. We have not received information on <br /> Section 33.02 of this ordinance. <br /> B-6 Off Street Parking. Parking in front of the Garden Center will be constructed <br /> of asphalt with permanent concrete curb and gutter. Parking spaces are planned <br /> 10 x 18 feet, or as directed. <br /> B -7 Buffer Zone Between Industrial and Residential Districts. This section is not <br /> applicable to 2030 Main Street. <br /> B -8 r ing Requirements_ We are not aware of any screening requirements <br /> needed at this time. <br /> B -9 Landscaping. Well over 10 percent of the surface area of land within the parking <br /> area will be landscaped. Low maintenance shrubs, grasses, trees, annuals, and <br /> perennials will be uniquely displayed to invite customers. Please see landscape <br /> plan provided. <br /> B -10 Site Plan. <br /> 1) Site Development, please review our plan provided. <br /> 2) Building Plans provided by Tricon, Inc. <br /> 3) Landscape Plan, please see plan provided. <br /> 4) Grading, drainage, provided by Glenn Rehbein Companies. <br /> B -11 Accessory Structures. All accessory structures will be of similar type, quality, <br /> and appearance of the principle building to provide a unified look. <br /> B -12 Exterior of Building,_ The outside of the building will be constructed of rock face <br /> block on all sides, tan in color. The windows, large rectangle with forest green <br /> trim will be placed predominantly on the north and east side of the building. <br /> B -13 permitted Encroachments _ No encroachments are needed to our knowledge. <br /> B -14 Rxterior Merchandise. Please see Section B -17 of the outline provided. <br /> B -15 Lighting, 2030 Main Street will be well lit to prevent theft of plant material and <br /> vandalism of property and equipment.
