Mr. Goetz plans to construct a 12 x 60 sq. ft. mobile <br /> building in March of 1999, which will be a temporary office until a permanent structure is <br /> complete. Mr. Goetz ultimately wants to construct a 50 x 120 ft. (6000 sq. ft.) building <br /> with the exterior completed by the first freeze in 1999. He will then continue to complete <br /> the interior of the building over the winter, with a grand opening in April of 2000. Mr. <br /> Goetz would also like to construct a 60 x 30 sq. ft green house. All structures will be in <br /> line with the neighboring structures.
