MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 18, 1999 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM: Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br /> RE: Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers - Board of Directors <br /> I have been the Region IV vice- president for Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers Association <br /> (MCFOA) for the past three years. It is my hope to continue in my efforts to bring recognition to <br /> the City of Centerville while assisting and partaking in professional development and networking <br /> opportunities.
