• <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> FEBRUARY 24, 1999 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held it's regularly scheduled <br /> meeting on FEBRUARY 24, 1999, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Members: Theresa Brenner <br /> Mari Nelson <br /> Terry Sweeney <br /> Richard Travis <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: Jim March, City Administrator <br /> Ry -Chel Gaustad, City Clerk <br /> James Hoeft, City Attorney <br /> Tom Peterson, City Engineer <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the February 24, 1999 Council meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. <br /> The meeting was delayed due to technical difficulties with the cable system. <br /> II. PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br /> III. APPEARANCES <br /> IV. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville February 11 - 24 <br /> Motion by Councilmember Travis, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to approve the receipts and <br /> disbursements for February 11 - 24. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> V. SET AGENDA <br /> 1. Police Department Update <br /> 2. Remove Item 1 - Consent Agenda - Annual Step Increase - Grade 2, Step 3 - Receptionist <br /> based on a Satisfactory Annual Performance Review. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Nelson, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to approve the set agenda as <br /> noted.
