This is in violation of Ordinance #24, Section XIII. Cleanup <br /> and Section II. Confinement of Dogs (please see attachment). <br /> At this time, the City is requesting you to cleanup the fecal matter. If complaints continue, it may <br /> be necessary to enforce Ordinance #24 and impose penalties provided under Section XV. <br /> Penalty. <br /> Please take actions in order to comply with this ordinance.
