• <br /> Mr. March reviewed a draft letter in response to a letter that was addressed to the <br /> Council at the last meeting. He asked that the Council review this letter and <br /> provide comments. <br /> Mr. March stated that MnDOT would complete a traffic study on Main Street to <br /> test the speed level on this County Road. Council Member Broussard Vickers <br /> stated concern for having this area posted at a higher speed and asked if any <br /> information was known from the County to date. Mr. March stated this is a <br /> County issue and that they would inform the City of their plans at a later date. <br /> Mayor Wilharber was in favor of drafting a letter addressing the City's concerns <br /> and asked that Jon Olson from Anoka County be contacted again. <br /> Mayor Wilharber reviewed a letter submitted by Paul Palzer regarding Safe <br /> Drinking Water Week in May. He encouraged residents with wells to test their <br /> water for bacteria, nitrates, and nitrogen. Mayor Wilharber stated the County <br /> could be contacted with further questions. It was noted that Paul Palzer had kits <br /> available for these water samples, they could be dropped off at City Hall, and then <br /> brought to the County for results. <br /> XIII.
