Mr Rehbein hoped save the row of trees since their <br /> preservation would benefit the property and the sale of the same. <br /> Motion by Buckbee, secondedbyMr. Ranson to close the public hearing. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Rezone Request = 112 to C Y (1764 StreetjMr. Roger Kolsted <br /> Alternate Chair Broussard Vickers informed the crowd that the applicant, Mr. Roger <br /> Koistedverbally rescinded request to ietoue the property stated. However, the <br /> Commission noted an interest to hear residents comments. <br /> Ms. Linda Patterson (7065 DnpreRaad) questioned Commission as to the reasoning <br /> why the request was rescinded. Ms. Caustad replied that one of the two financial <br /> institutions did not believe that tlre community was enouglrto support two <br /> financial institutions. <br /> Ms. Carry Sanders ( 7080 - Dupre - Road) wondered the City would considertcrrezone <br /> the proposed property. Alternate Chair Brossard Vickers explained that any property <br /> owner reserves the right r equestta rezone"theirproperty.
