C tervit(e 1880 Main Street • Centervif(e, M71( 55038 <br /> Established 1857 (651) 429 -3232 s JaX, (651) 429 -8629 <br /> RESOLUTION 99 -06 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE_ <br /> RESOLUTION FOR REASSESSMENT OF 20TH AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of City of Centerville authorized the 20t r Avenue <br /> Watermain Interconnect and Trunk Sanitation improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the 35% of the property o-wners petitioned:forthe stated <br /> improvement be financed in accordance with Minnesota Status 429; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville gave prover notification such; and <br /> WHEREAS, $720,000.00 was assessed to benefited properties based upon square foot; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS; $152,498.77 was on provertylegally identified as 24- 31 -22 -33 -0004; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the stated property owaerknows as R&R Leasing has requested <br /> $30,548.12 to be applied to property legally known as 24- 31 -22 -33 -0003, <br /> Terminal Transport, and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner known as Terminal Transport has agreed to pay <br /> $30,548.12 as special assessments, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has directed the City Clerk to make a request of Anoka County <br /> to apply the initial principal of $30,548.12 to the 2000 special assessments, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the first payment will commence in year 2000 payable taxes, and <br /> WHEREAS, the final payment will be payable in 2009. <br />
