Ms. Broussard Vickers questioned how the City will apply the rewrite information to <br /> the current ordinance or districts. Mr. Johmsua explained that the City will adopt an Ordinance #4 <br /> which will include a zoning map that will reflect the new district changes. Ms. Broussard Vickers <br /> questioned holdingpublic hearings and changing currently zoned property. Mr. Johnson <br /> the city will adopt the zoning code and the properties will change to be in compliance, Ms. <br /> Broussard questioned why the city would take and resit iota currently zoned - property. Mr. <br /> Johnson explained that the material presented was for consideration and will ultimately depend on <br /> what the city wants to have at the end of <br /> The group touched upon 4.02 Scope and Interpretation. Item F. Page 14, Other Ordinances, <br /> discussed home -based business. <br /> 1 <br />
