MEMO <br /> DATE : April 23, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Lot Split Consideration - County Bank <br /> Included in your packet is a map that delineates the parcel that is being requested to be split. This <br /> parcel is recorded as Torrens property. The property is the site proposed to be the location of <br /> the new branch facility of the County Bank. This item was presented and discussed at the last <br /> Planning and Zoning Committee meeting. It was suggested that the required public hearing be <br /> held at Council level to help expedite the closing on this property. <br /> The required mailings and public notices have been sent in regards to the required public hearing. <br /> The site in question is appropriately zoned for commercial activities. The site is also larger than <br /> the minimum requirement for a commercial lot. <br />
