MEMO <br /> DATE : April 23, 1999 <br /> TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> FROM : Jim March <br /> RE : Center Villa Final Plat Consideration <br /> Mr. Willie Lessard is requesting final plat approval for the proposed subdivision to be known as <br /> Center Villa. Included in your packet is the background information on this proposed subdivision <br /> for the benefit of the new Council members. <br /> At the time of packet preparation, we had not received new final plat maps for this subdivision. I <br /> was told that the only change from the previously submitted preliminary plat was a narrowing of <br /> the roadway to 32 feet from the current extension of Brian Drive. If the new Councilmembers do <br /> not feel comfortable with the information presented, I would recommend that this item be tabled. <br /> Mr. Lessard will be present to answer questions at the meeting. The final plat will be available for <br /> distribution at the meeting. <br />
