The project shall be in accordance with the plans most recently submitted and approved by the <br /> District as part of the record of this project. <br /> _. Erosion control measures shall be adequately designed for the site characteristics. They may include <br /> staked haybales, diversion channels, sediment ponds, or sediment fences. They shall be installed in <br /> accordance with "Protecting Water Quality in urban Areas — Best M,nagement Practices for <br /> Minnesota." MPCA, October 1989, prior to commencement and shall be maintained throughout the <br /> project. All exposed soil shall be stabilized as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the <br /> completion of the grading. The District Inspector may require Permittee to provide additional <br /> erosion control measures beyond those included in the approved plan at his discretion when site <br /> conditions warrant. <br /> • 3. The soils erosion and sediment controls for the rough grading phase of the project must be installed <br /> prior to any grading operations. The District Inspector must be notified when the initial erosion <br /> • controls are installed and prior to any grading operations (651- 766 - 4191). <br /> 4. Upon completion of the project and stabilization of all graded areas, all temporary erosion controls <br /> shall be removed. <br /> 5. This permit is not assignable by the Permittee, except with the written consent of the RCWD. <br /> 6 The Permittee shall grant access to the site at all reasonable times during and after construction to <br /> authorized representatives of the RCWD for inspection of the work authorized hereunder. <br />
