Mr. March confirmed Mayor Wilharber's questions pertaining to the road construction <br /> and easements be required prior to ofthe north inupetiy uwne& by6erald <br /> Rehbein. <br /> Motion - by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded -by-Councilmember Travis to-closethe <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Deer Rezone - PUD / Preliminary Plat <br /> Mr. Gerald Rehbein (R & R Leasing) updated the Council on Deer Pass and requested approval of <br /> a R2 PUD/Preliminary Plat approval. There are -15 -lots in- a-variety of sizes, and- the - housing <br /> structures will comply with the R5 requirements. <br /> Mayor - Wilharber opened discussiontcrthe £ ounciL Councilmember Brennerconfirmed <br /> Wetland area and suggested the area be accessible by all citizens not just the homes built on adjacent <br /> property. Councilmember Bi ennui questioned ifthe- developer planned to pave as perPark and <br /> Recreation's recommendation.
