Fairbrother presented a letter that included a thank you, a brief follow up of Design Team <br /> Activities, and an invitation to attend the June 12 follow up meeting. Ms. Capra stated that she <br /> would arrange for the coffee and paperproducts Ms. Capra questioned i eutal of the <br /> microphone. The committee agreed not to rent the microphone for this event. Ms. Capra <br /> stated that she contact Cathy Wyland at Community Service to rent the cafeteria.
