` 're` • ` ter v i i t e <br /> Established 1857 1694 Sorel Street • Centerville, 1/L ( 55038 • (612) 429.3232 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearing will be held before <br /> the City Council of the City of Centerville at the City Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 11, 1992 at 7 :00 p.m. The purpose of the <br /> hearing will be to hear all persons present regarding the <br /> possibility of amending Ordinance tt33 -A DISTRICT FLOODPLAIN <br /> MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE as follows: <br /> Now Reads: <br /> Section 9.33 Travel trailers and travel vehicles <br /> exempted in Section 9,31 lose this <br /> exemption when development occurs on the <br /> parcel exceeding dollars for a <br /> structural addition to the travel <br /> trailer /travel vehicle or an accessory <br /> structure such as a garage or storage <br /> building. The travel trailer /travel <br /> vehicle and all additions and accessory <br /> structures will then be treated as a new <br /> structure and shall be subject to the <br /> elevation /flood proofing requirements <br /> and the use of land restrictions <br /> specified in Sections 4.0 and 5.0 of <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> Amend to Read: <br /> Section 9.33 Travel trailers and travel vehicles <br /> exempted in Section 9.31 lose this <br /> exemption when development occurs on the <br /> parcel exceeding $500.00 dollars for a <br /> structural addition to the travel <br /> trailer /travel vehicle or an accessory <br /> structure such as a garage or storage <br /> building.
