Permit a child under 18 years of age to handle or use, outside of the parent or guardian's presence, a dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument., or any ammunition or explosive. i. Furnish a minor under 18 years of age with a dangerous weapon, dangerous instrument, ammu- nition ot explosive without the written consent of his /her parent or, guardian or the police d*partmeat. 720.03 Minors.
