MONTY , MINNESOTA <br /> O 27s: LANCE NO. 44 <br /> An Ordinance Amending City Code Section 720 Weapons <br /> The City Council of the City of Circle Pines does ordain as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1, The City Cole of the C_ty of Circle Pines is <br /> hereby amended by deleting Section 720 in its entirety and <br /> replacing it with the following: <br /> &erstion 720 Weapons <br /> 1.01 tief init3.os^t.a . <br /> • <br /> Subd. 1 Dane„ sous Weapon. "Dangerous weapon " <br /> means any f�rearm, whether loaded or unloaded, or any <br /> device designed al a weapon and capable of producing <br /> death or great bodily harm, or any other device or <br /> instrumentality which in the manner it is used or <br /> intended to be used, is calculated or likely to produce <br /> death Or rao.at bodily harm. The <br /> i +c <br /> term "dangerous weapon" shall include, but not be <br /> c _ >f limited to the following: <br /> 1. All firearms; <br /> 2.
