This item <br /> needs to be discussed. The City has been receiving several <br /> complaints from residents in regards to the conditions of <br /> buildings on their neighbors property. I will have Paul Palzer <br /> at the meeting to discuss how adopting this code could aid the <br /> City in enforcing a certain standard of housing maintenance. <br />
