The section of trail is located between Dupre Street and Eagle Trail. To begin with, he
explained the new property owners voiced their desire to eliminate the trail that encroached on
their property. Therefore, Mr. Quigley proposed to reimburse the City to remove this section of
trail. Mr. Quigley mentioned that approximately $3000 has been invested for the trail site
preparation and another $1000 will be needed to be spent to remove what is constructed. For this
reason the Eagle Pass Developer requested to replace the trail with a cash payment of $5000.
1
