He also planned to independently finance the utilities and to <br /> pay park funds in place of park dedicated property. <br /> Ms. Peterson noted the city plans to install utilities along the southeast property boundaries and he <br /> suggested the developer provide a 20 -foot wide utility easement along the sanitary sewer, east of <br /> the plat. A 20 -foot easement should be provided for the entire length of the easement, not a 10- <br /> foot easement. The easement will allow the city to maintenance and repair the lines. He also <br /> commented a tree may need to be removed to install the proposed utilities. <br /> Mr. Joe Holiday (1295 Mound Trail) noted the willow tree is located on his property and felt no <br /> concern to remove the tree. <br /> Ms. Cathy Holiday (1295 Mound Trail) voiced concern pertaining to the developer ensuring the <br /> 1 <br />
