• ACTION ITEMS Action on Planning and Zoning Candidate Ms. Gaustad reported on behalf of Mr. Buckbee he chose Mr. Brian Hanson to fill the Commission vacancy and secondly, Mr. Dick Travis as an alternate. Chair Welk agreed with Mr. Buckbee. Mr. LaMotte elected Mr. Travis and second, Mr. Brian Hanson. Ms. Broussard - Vickers questioned Mr. Travis if his position would cause a conflict of interest. Mr. Travis commented the Woods development is near completion and will be finished. Second, Glenn Rehbein Excavating seldom works in the Centerville area. Therefore, he did not foresee a conflict of interest. Ms. Broussard - Vickers moved to approve Mr. Brian Hanson and as an alternate Dick Travis. Chair Welk seconded the motion. Mr. LaMotte seconded the motion.
